In-Processing Requirements & Advancement Path

All returnees must complete the following requirements for full integration into tribal life:

Education and Service Requirements

•       Four (4) years of education in the House of Instruction

•       Fourteen (14) years of lawful village service

•       Demonstrated good standing in all customs, traditions, and judgment

 

Advancement Stages

Progression through the following stages:

•       Returnee

•       Junior Tribesman

•       Senior Tribesman

 

Promotional Positions

Based on merits of lawful role modeling, advancement opportunities include:

•       Judge

•       Sage

•       Magistrate

•       Sheikh (Sultan, Prince, Rab, Chief)

•       Captain (of 10, 50, 100, or 1,000)

•       Governor

Tribal Reorganization

Upon return, all members will undergo the following reorganization process:

•       Receive new names according to sage instruction

•       Dress in accordance with tribal traditions

•       Classification into one of thirteen (13) tribal nations as determined by sage instruction

Marriage and Family Relationship Protocols

All relationship intentions and marriage arrangements must follow traditional protocols:

•       Dating is strictly prohibited.

•       All intentions regarding any relationship must be discussed with sages, judges, and priests in the House of Instruction FIRST.

•       All single non-virgins must make their partner selection known to the House of Instruction.

•       Men seeking to marry virgin orphans must request permission from the House of Instruction.

•       Men seeking to marry virgin daughters must request permission from the father.

Justice System and Community Standards

Tribal Court

•       The Tribal Court will adjudicate all controversies.

•       All judgments must be accepted by the parties involved.

•       Any person called for detention, questioning, or trial must appear.

•       Sheltering a person from trial or judgment constitutes complicity in the crime.

 

Community Enforcement

•       A special force of Malawi will police the village.

•       All senior tribesmen are members of the Malawi force (active or inactive status).

•       All persons will accept corrections, advice, and counsel from Malawi.

•       Priests, judges, and appointed personnel are not to be disrespected or verbally assaulted.

 

Witness Testimony

•       All persons must tell the truth when questioned.

•       Lying to any officer is a criminal offense.

Village Life and Community Development

Community participation and development:

•       All persons will live and work within the village.

•       All persons will contribute to village growth and development.

•       A comprehensive schedule will be established for work, rest, cultural activities, and community development projects.

Sanctuary Offering and Financial Support

Before returning, all returnees are asked to begin contributing to rebuilding the Sanctuary. These offerings support:

•       Purchasing land and livestock

•       Building multiple residential structures

•       Acquiring fields for agricultural development

•       Opening community businesses

•       Covering local government fees and legal requirements

•       Building and grounds maintenance

Every family or person must contribute to the rebuilding. Once you return, your giving structure may change. All will give as part of their faithful service.
